Founded in 2020, Littera draws on decades of experience in the tutoring industry, professional learning for Title I schools, and ed-tech leadership in assessment, analytics, and learning management.
Designing and delivering successful high-impact tutoring programs is all we do. Our extensive experience, service culture, and evidence-based practices come together to create customized tutoring programs that set students up for success.
We customize tutoring intervention for K-12 schools and districts by supporting any student, subject, schedule, or staffing model. Our team works closely with district partners to build program designs, agree upon valid academic measures and growth targets, and deliver tutoring with built-in technology for data collection, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Proven Results
In a rigorous RCT conducted in Greenville County School District with over 2,000 students across three Title I middle schools, Littera-tutored students achieved a statistically significant improvement of 0.11 standard deviations (p=.006) — equivalent to approximately 32% of a year's math learning.
6th graders at Olson Elementary in Monterey County, CA saw a 200% reading improvement through Littera tutoring.
Less than 10% of tutor applicants are accepted into the Littera corps, ensuring the highest quality instruction.
